User On-Boarding

System Requirements:

1. Operating systems supported

1. Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)

2. Mac OS X (10.8.x or later)

2. Hardware

1. Hardware: CPU: 1.5 GHz x86 (64 bit preferred)

2. RAM 4 GB (minimum) 8 GB preferred

3. Available Hard Disk Space: 250 MB

3. As a best practice, we recommend you have a recent backup of your hard drive

 

Creating Your Account:

 

1. Follow the link provided in your email to register your new account   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Login to your account at https://unify.entreda.com using your temporary Entreda credentials provided in your email

3. Set-Up your account by creating your username and password 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Run the Entreda Unify Applet Installer

1. You will be prompted to provide a username and password in the installer. Enter your Entreda login credentials that you previously created. 

 

 

 

5. Return to the Homepage and verify the new device has been added and appears in the list of devices under User Settings Summary 

 

Enroll More Devices: 

 

1. Login to your account at https://unify.entreda.com using your Entreda credentials  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Click on Enroll from the Unify dashboard homepage   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Select Add Devices  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Run the Entreda Unify Applet Installer

1. You will be prompted to provide a username and password in the installer. Enter your Entreda login credentials that you previously created. 

 

 

 

 

5. Return to the Homepage and verify the new device has been added and appears in the list of devices under User Settings Summary 

 

 

 How to Uninstall a Device:

These are the step to follow if you want to remove the Entreda Unify Applet from your device.

 

For Windows:

1. Open Programs and Features in the Control Panel and uninstall the Entreda Unify Applet 

2. Restart your computer

3. Delete the Entreda folder present in the Program Files 

 

For Mac OSX:

1. Uninstall the Unify Applet from the Mac Menu Bar.

1. Click the Entreda Unify Applet Cloud Icon

2. Select Preferences 

3. Select Uninstall 

 

 

2. Restart your computer

 

Note: The device should also be removed from the Enroll section on the Unify portal (https://unify.entreda.com)
